U.S. potato exports gain new entry points

Seven points of entry have been approved for fresh U.S. potato shipments to access the full Mexican market. The designated ports include Ciudad Juárez in Chihuahua, Tijuana and Mexicali in Baja California, Nogales and San Luis Río Colorado in Sonora, and both Nuevo Laredo and Reynosa in Tamaulipas. These approved gateways are expected to facilitate expanded trade of fresh potatoes between the United States and Mexico.
