Hass 2-layer cartons: 32-36s mostly $64.25–66.25, 40-48s mostly $59.25–61.25, 60s mostly $39.25–41.25, 70s mostly $36.25–38.25, and 84s mostly $23.25–25.25. Organic 48s are $83.25–75.25, 60s $66.25–68.25, 70s mostly $50.25. From California's South District, movement is stable, and trading is fairly slow. Prices for organic 48s remain steady; others are lower. 32-36s are mostly $66.25–68.25, 40-48s are mostly $62.25–64.25.
Blueberry
Blueberry movement from Mexico crossings through Arizona, California, and Texas is steady. Trading is moderate. 6-ounce cups are slightly lower, 12-pack flats mostly $15.00–20.00; pints are lower at $22.00–24.00. Organic pints are $34.00–38.00. From Georgia, movement is increasing seasonally with active trading at lower prices. Flats of 12 1-pint cups, large, are mostly $22.00–24.00; organic mostly $34.00–36.00. California's Central and Southern regions show seasonal increases. Flats of 12 6-ounce cups are $16.00–20.00, 12 pints at $22.00–26.00.
Cucumber
Cucumber movement from Mexico via Nogales is decreasing. Trading is moderate. 1 1/9-bushel cartons: medium mostly $12.95–13.95, fair quality $10.95, ordinary quality $6.95–8.95; small mostly $9.95–11.95, large mostly $12.95. Cartons 24s are $4.95–5.95, 36s $6.95–8.95. In Texas, the movement is stable. Mediums mostly $15.95–16.95, fair $13.95–14.95, ordinary $8.95–9.95, large mostly $17.95–19.95. From South Georgia, the movement is increasing. Waxed mediums are $18.00–19.35, fair $10.35–12.35.
Green bell pepper
Nogales shipments are ending; movement is decreasing sharply. Quality is variable. In Coachella Valley, movement is increasing. Prices are lower: extra-large mostly $17.95–18.95, large $16.95–17.95, irregular fair $12.95. In Florida, movement is decreasing. Fair quality mostly $12.85–13.35. South Georgia's movement is increasing; jumbo $18.35–19.35, extra-large mostly $18.35, fair quality $14.35.
Strawberry
Santa Maria's movement is increasing. Organic trading is slow; conventional is moderate. Prices steady. Flats of 8 1-pound containers, medium, are mostly $10.00–12.00; organic $14.00–18.00. Salinas-Watsonville mirrors this pattern. Oxnard's movement is decreasing with slightly lower prices: medium $8.00–10.00; organic $14.00–16.00.
Tomato
From Mexico via Texas, movement is decreasing. Trading is fairly active, with slightly higher prices. Vine Ripes 2-layer 4x4-4x5s are $18.95–19.95; 5x5-5x6s mostly $16.95. Loose 25-pound 4x4-4x5s mostly $18.95–20.95, 5x5-5x6s $16.95–17.95. Via Nogales, movement is slightly down; trading is active. 2-layer 4x4-4x5s are $15.95–17.95; 5x5s mostly $14.95; 5x6s $12.95–14.95.
