"We hope the ZTAG-TL single-use light data logger can help reduce the losses in the cold chain for fruits and vegetables"

As the northern hemisphere gradually enters the peak season for fruit and vegetable exports, the management and monitoring of cold chain logistics have once again become an industry focus. Against the backdrop of increasingly complex cross-border transportation and rising quality assurance requirements, the role of temperature and humidity data loggers in the cold chain has become more prominent.

Luna, the sales manager at Shenzhen Fresvue, recently introduced the ZTAG-TL disposable light data logger. According to her, this device is specifically designed for cold chain transportation, featuring dual recording functions for temperature and light, enabling users to monitor environmental conditions during transit more comprehensively. By connecting to a computer via USB, the device automatically generates a PDF report without requiring additional software or specialized readers, simplifying the data retrieval process.

"Our new ZTAG-TL has a temperature measurement range of -30°C to +70°C, with an accuracy of ±0.5°C and a resolution of 0.01°C. It can store up to 33,000 data points, with a maximum recording period of 180 days. Additionally, it detects potential tampering during transit by recording up to 9 light exposure events, helping identify irregular handling."

Luna notes that this data logger has already been deployed in fruit and vegetable exports across Asia and Europe, particularly for high-value, cold chain-sensitive products like cherries and mangoes. During peak export seasons, the demand for precise temperature control and tracking has surged, driving increased procurement of such monitoring devices.

"In recent years, the international logistics landscape has grown more volatile, with fluctuating shipping costs and unpredictable customs policies. As a result, cold chain risk management has become a critical part of supply chain operations. For fruit and vegetable exporters, a single transportation mishap can lead to significant financial losses, making reliable tracking tools indispensable."

When asked about the ZTAG-TL's market performance and competitiveness, Luna explained: "The market offers many types and brands of temperature and humidity data loggers, with users prioritizing ease of operation, data accessibility, and accuracy. The ZTAG-TL's plug-and-play design lowers the usage barrier, while its light-monitoring capability enhances shipment traceability. These features have made it popular among exporters, especially as monitoring of transportation processes gains importance."

Located in Huaqiang Science Park, Shenzhen's Guangming District, FRESVUE specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of cold chain temperature and humidity data loggers. Its products hold CE, CNAS, and RoHS certifications and come with 3/6-point calibration certificates. The company is also compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards. Its product range includes disposable data loggers, multi-use recorders, and temperature/humidity monitors, which are sold in over 50 countries worldwide and have earned strong customer recognition.
