Landgard eG will be led by Chief Financial Officer Moritz Krannich (pictured below) until further notice. On Wednesday, the Supervisory Board decided to revoke the appointment of the previous CEO, Oliver Mans. In accordance with the Articles of Association, the previous Supervisory Board member Dr. Gunther Lehleiter has been appointed to the Management Board for a transitional period.
Supervisory Board Chairman Bert Schmitz cited the following reason for Oliver Mans' departure: "Landgard eG is restructuring as part of the Landgard NOVA project and is embarking on a comprehensive modernization program. The Supervisory Board has determined that the relationship of trust with Oliver Mans is no longer sufficient to position Landgard for a secure future."
The representative assembly of Germany's largest producer cooperative will meet on June 24. There, Moritz Krannich and CRO Dr. Carsten Nagel will present the Landgard NOVA modernization concept to the member companies.
