Belarusian and Turkmen companies recently deliberated on contracts to supply fresh produce from Turkmenistan to Belarus, as reported by the Minsk branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This occurred during a business mission aligned with the 24th Universal International Exhibition "White City Ashgabat."
The event, celebrating City Day in Ashgabat, provided a platform for establishing direct business contacts and negotiations. Belarusian delegates visited advanced Turkmen facilities, learning about innovative strawberry cultivation, modern polypropylene bag production, and construction material manufacturing. These visits unveiled pathways for mutual cooperation.
Belarusian entities showcased products, attracting interest from Turkmen partners, focusing on high-tech medical equipment and railway telemechanics systems. Plans are also underway for Belarusian companies to source plastic goods from Turkmenistan, using Belarus-developed molds.
